I am an interior architect, designer, artist, sculptor, ceramicist,
drawer, illustrator, painter, performer, musician, dancer, poet,
writer, photographer, film maker, art director, curator, who has
recently been doing print making as well.
I am based in London but have been based in Buenos Aires,
San Francisco and New York, on a house, on a studio, 1 berdoom flat,
2 bedroom flat, on a studio again.
I have a cross disciplinary practice in which I use a variety
of materials to give meaning and a sense of understanding
to the complex world that surrounds me. I use materials such as plaster,
jesmonite, foam, casting from wax, organic milk, bread and biscuits,
kombucha, textiles, only cotton and cashmere, embroidery, wood,
clay, metal, bronze, found objects, perishable objects,
inflatable objects, every day objects and lost objects.
I am concerned with materiality, the social contracts that we build upon,
religion, capitalism, consumerism, the ethereal, urban landscape,
monuments, time, Heaven, architectural imprints,
environmental issues, horses and the sun. I love the sun.
